No. Each eSIM is ordered at the moment your customer pays, so there is no stock and nothing to pay up front.
How do I get paid?+
Customers pay by card through Stripe. Your share of each sale is sent to the Stripe account you connect during setup.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on every plan including Free. On Business and above we register a domain for you and set it up.
Who looks after my customers?+
We do. Your store comes with a help centre, a chat assistant and a page where customers manage their eSIMs, and our support team handles anything those can't, under your store's name. You never need a support inbox.
